3- Installation Process

1. Set the base line and carry the panel to position

Ensure the ground is clean and utilize infrared positioning to establish accurate base lines. Either one worker can carry the panel or two workers can collaborate to transport it to the designated position.

2. Saw the panel

Utilize a hand-held electric cutter to saw the panel according to the specific dimensions required for the wall.

3. Mix adhesive and put it on the line and panels groove.

Prepare the cement adhesive by mixing it with water according to the specified proportion. Apply the mixed adhesive along the marked line and carefully insert it into the grooves of the EPS cement sandwich panel.

4. Install the panel

To ensure the proper installation of the panels, employ a guiding rule to assess the verticality and levelness. Make any necessary adjustments to achieve the desired alignment. Once the panels are installed, use a crowbar to gently shift and shake them, ensuring that the adhesive sets firmly and evenly. For enhanced structural integrity, firmly connect the panels together by utilizing steel bars. This can be accomplished by drilling a 3cm hole at the bottom of the floor and securing the wall panel to the floor using an L-shaped steel bar. Additionally, place a triangular piece of wood between the panel and the ceiling to ensure a secure and stable.

5. Insert steel bar at the connection of two panels

To strengthen the connection between two panels, insert a steel bar at the corner where they meet. This will enhance the overall strength and stability of the installation.

6. Fill adhesive or PU foam

maintain a 2 cm gap between the EPS panels and the slab. Fill this gap using PU foam or backing rod Once the gap is filled, apply a suitable sealant to achieve a final, finished surface

7. Insert the wires

To accommodate wires and switch boxes, use a hand-held electric saw to cut grooves into the EPS cement sandwich panels. After cutting the grooves, apply a layer of cement adhesive to cover them. Next, lay the anti-crack fiber mesh over the grooves, ensuring it is properly aligned. Finally, apply a layer of Base-WR over the mesh cloth to securely cover and reinforce the grooves. This process will provide a smooth and sturdy surface for electrical wiring and switch box installation.

8. Install anti-crack material

After the panels have been installed for a period of three to five days, to install anti-crack tape specifically on the joints where the panels meet. This tape helps to prevent cracks from forming in those areas.

9. Install door and window, Decorate by any kinds of material.

EPS cement sandwich panels are versatile and compatible with various types of doors and windows, making them suitable for installation in any setting. These panels can be adorned with a wide range of materials, including ceramic tiles, wood facing panels, PVC sheets, or even paint, allowing for diverse decorative options. An advantage of EPS cement sandwich panels is that they eliminate the need for plastering, except for the application of paint. This simplifies the finishing process and saves time during construction or renovation projects
